Role description
What will you do?
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure functionality, performance, and security
- Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and issues in our tracking tools
- Conduct functional testing of new features and user interactions, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing
- Perform non-functional testing such as performance, load, stress, and security tests
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other colleagues to understand requirements and provide feedback
- Automate tests to speed up repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
- Create reports on test results and bugs, and present findings to the team
- Ensure our software meets all quality standards before release
Prerequisites
What do you bring?
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA or similar systems
- Experience working within Agile environments and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of test automation and scripting (e.g., Python, C#)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
