What you’ll be doing
- Hands-on PCB Design: Work on schematic capture and layout engineering while ensuring designs meet Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) best practices.
- From concept to reality: Help translate customer needs into tangible product and assembly process designs.
- Learn from the best: Collaborate with senior engineers on Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) package development, from initial design to qualification.
- Solve real challenges: Work on complex technical issues and help find innovative solutions.
- Team up for success: Join forces with product design engineers to optimize manufacturability and performance.
- Master industry tools: Get hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools like Altium Designer (and maybe even explore ADS Momentum!).
Functie eisen
What we’re looking for
- Fresh talent: You recently completed a Master’s in Electrical Engineering (or a related field) and are eager to apply what you’ve learned.
- Curious & ambitious: You have a keen interest in PCB design, semiconductor packaging, and high-speed electronics.
- Tech-savvy: Basic knowledge of electronic circuit design, PCB layout, and simulation tools is a plus.
- Problem-solver: You enjoy tackling complex challenges and thinking critically.
- Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively.
- Global mindset: Fluency in English is required; Dutch proficiency or willingness to learn is a bonus!
